Working with Bart as my realtor was a really great experience. I was new to the area, and a first time condo buyer. He really helped me understand the various aspects of getting my loan and working with different lenders. He walked me through the whole process. I was also able to look at his web-site for helpful tips on looking for lenders. I was much more confident when I went into banks to talk about loans.
He showed me every single unit that I wanted to look at and we even looked at some twice. He was very honest about the pros and cons of each unit. I felt like after we had talked the first day that he really understood my needs and what I was looking for, so that when we went to look at actual units he knew exactly which ones to look at.
Since he specializes in the condo market I was really impressed with how much he knew about each neighborhood. He knew all the floor plans and the history of each type of condo before we even looked at them.
He was very diligent with my contract once I made and offer and I felt like I got a great deal! I really love the unit that I chose and I think I even got a better loan rate because I knew what I was talking about. He even kept in contact with my loan officer when she had questions about condos. I would recommend Bart to anyone in the condo market, especially a first time buyer.

Just wanted to drop you a line and thank you again for the great job you did in getting my condo in Gainesville sold for me. I was about to a friend for much less until I got your very professionally done market analysis. I had tried to sell it myself for several years and couldn’t even get close to what I had paid for it! You sure came along at just the right time. Not living in Gainesville, I wasn’t aware that all of a sudden there was a shortage of condos.
I also want to thank you for the help you gave (and also the closing attorney that you picked) in resolving the problem I had in getting the quit claim deed squared away. I was about to throw my hands up over that mess! I also appreciated the fact that you accompanied me to the closing and helped resolve the problem we had there. Seems like there is always a fly in the ointment right at the end!
In conclusion I just want to say thanks for a great and professional job well done! I certainly would recommend your services to anyone else who has need of them in the Gainesville area.
